Condo rents Sat. to Sat. Additional charge is Florida State Sales Taxes (11%). Cleaning fee includedin weekly rental. A $200 reservation deposit is required with the balance of the rent due 30 days before occupancy. Security deposit is $400. Occupancy is limited to 4 people unless other arrangements have been made. No Smoking. No Pets. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Signed rental agreement.
