Relax poolside just across the way, play a round at the scenic 27-hole Makai Course just a 3 minute walk from the front door or at the Prince Course just a few minutes away, or explore the many activities and stunning beauty of the Garden Isle of Kauai.
The Villa includes two spacious Master Suites each with Cal King Beds, private baths (one with jetted tub, one with walk-in glass block & tile shower)TV/DVD combos and a common lanai, plus a third guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds, an adjacent bath and a great view of the pool, the mountains and waterfalls. The living room, dining room, and custom kitchen have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings for the cool tropical breezes.
Prepare meals in the beautifully appointed full gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and gorgeous koa wood cabinets. A large fully equipped gas barbecue is close by at the pool. Enjoy evenings in with the 32 inch cable TV with DVD/CD/Video and AM/FM/Cassette components to entertain. There is also DSL Internet (modem & wireless)for your use. Since the owner stays here often, furnishings are all of the highest quality - not the usual "condo package" furniture you see in so many other rentals. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are in the villa.
Coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels are all included.

Rental Rate Notes
No smoking, no pets of any kind. All renters are required to adhere to the House Rules as set forth by the owner and the Homeowners' Association.Rental Policies
No Pets of any kind, No Smoking. All rates are + applicable taxes and cleaning fee of $210. Rates for nightly & weekly may vary for any particular time period depending on # of nights' stay, # of guests, etc. CALL OR E-MAIL for exact rate quote for your preferred dates.
There is a $500 deposit for each week or partial week due at time of booking. Minimum deposit $500. Full payment due by 60 days prior to check-in except during Dec. 15th - Jan 5th when payment is due 90 days prior to check-in. Extended stays longer than 1 month have varying deposit requirements.
Deposit is refundable 4-6 weeeks after check-out less the applicable cleaning fee and any additional asessment for extraordinary cleaning, damages or similar charges. Except for Christmas bookings, with a 90-day written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $75 processing fee. If less than 90 days' written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
