Newly installed hot tub is a therapeutic treat. A 5 minute walk to the Wallis Sands State Beach in Rye, NH. A 7 minute drive to Portsmouth, NH and close to many other attractions. Just across the street, nestled between the rocks are secluded sandy/rocky beaches with some of the best fishing on the whole New England coast! Sleeps 4 to 5 people comfortably. The most wonderful time of year @ the house are the months of October and November. Lock in 2008 prices and book the summer of 2009 now. This vacation retreat is a rare find and will not last. Rental Rate Notes
7 Night Minimum. Based on 2-person Occupancy. Rates in $US and subject to change without notice. Price is based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $100 per week, or $25 per night during the high season. Low & Medium season additional quests are; $70.00 per week, $15.00 per night Children under the age of 2 stay free. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $75.00per week per pet. May 1st. through October 31st, 7 nights is the minimum stay, (Saturday to Saturday).For off season, will consider monthly rate min stay to get monthly rate is 2 month (call for details)Rental Policies
50% due @ time of reservation, $600.00 security deposit plus balance due upon arrival. (Stays less than 6 months are subject to a 9% NH meals and rooms Tax.) For stays 6 days or less,full payment must be made at time of reservation. Smoking allowed but I ask that you use the large deck @ front only. Personal Checks accepted for initial deposit. At time or arrival, cash, Travelers Checks or money orders (Sorry no personal checks @ time or arrival.,unless a repeat guest). Additional guest payments must be made @ time of arrival. Check-in time is @ 4:30pm and checkout time is @ 10:00am. The use of the hot tub is for adults only. Guests must sign a liability disclaimer prior to use of hot tub. Sorry no credit cards at this time. Smokers welcomed, but I ask that you use the front deck for smoking. FeesTax Rate: 9.0%
Deposit of $600.00 (security deposit returned @ the end of stay) Pets are welcome for a small pet fee. Call for details.
A full refund will be returned providing we can re-rent the house for the dates cancelled.
