Newly installed hot tub is a therapeutic treat. A 5 minute walk to the Wallis Sands State Beach in Rye, NH. A 7 minute drive to Portsmouth, NH and close to many other attractions. Just across the street, nestled between the rocks are secluded sandy/rocky beaches with some of the best fishing on the whole New England coast! Sleeps 4 to 5 people comfortably. The most wonderful time of year @ the house are the months of October and November. Lock in 2008 prices and book the summer of 2009 now. This vacation retreat is a rare find and will not last. Rental Rate Notes
Price is based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $75.00 per week, $20 per night. Children under the age of 2 stay free. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $50.00 per week per pet. May 3rd. through September 26th, 7 nights is the minimum stay, (Saturday to Saturday).For off season, will consider monthly rate (call for details)Rental Policies
50% due @ time of reservation, $ 600.00 security deposit plus balance due upon arrival.(Stays less than 6 months are subject to a 8% NH. meals and room Tax.) Personal check accepted for intial deposit. Cash,Travelers check or money order@ time of arrival. (sorry no personal checks unless a repeat guest) Additional guest payments must be made @ time of arrival Check-in time is @ 4:30 pm. and checkout time is @ 10:00 am. The use of the Hot tub is for adults only. Guests must sign a liability disclaimer prior to the use of the hot tub. Sorry no Credit cards at this time. Smokers are welcomed, but I ask that you use the front deck for smoking.
Deposit of $600.00 (security deposit returned @ the end of stay) Pets are welcome for a small pet fee. Call for details.
A full refund will be returned providing we can re-rent the house for the dates cancelled.
