This is a two bedroom, two bathroom home. It is located in the mountains of northwest Montana. It is on 7 wooded acres. It has an upper and lower deck both with porch swings to enjoy the awesome views of the Canadian rockies or wildlife viewing! It is a fully furnished home, peacefully secluded, yet close to all activities! This home has a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a queen sized hideabed sofa and bathroom in the newly finished downstairs. It also has a queen sized blow up air mattress.

This home is a great place to stay! It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom home. It is located 20 minutes from Eureka in the mountains. It is quiet and secluded yet close to all sorts of activities. It has an upper and lower deck with porch swings to enjoy the awesome mountain views. A fully equipt kitchen, recliner sofa and loveseat, extra large capacity washer and dryer. As for sleeping, there are 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress. The 3rd deck has a huge stainless steel gas grill, patio furniture and a hot tub!

Activities and Attractions
No matter what the season, there is always something to do. This home is located within minutes of all kinds of activities. You can enjoy snow skiing at big mountain or at Mt. Fernie B.C. There are all sorts of lakes or rivers in the area to enjoy all the water sports. 30 minutes away is Whitefish, MT. There you can enjoy numerous restaurants, golfing, and tons of shopping. Glacier National Park is just about 75 miles away. This is one of the most awesome places on earth. If you have never been there it is a must see, or a must see again! There is no shortage of things to do here!! Oh, don't forget your passport. Eureka is just 8 miles from the Canadian border. It makes for a great day trip!!

Rental Rate Notes
There is a cleaning fee of $175. That is not included in the rental price. There is also a 7% lodging tax not included in the weekly rental rate.Rental Policies
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A deposit of 50% of your total is due at the time of booking your dates and the second half is due two weeks prior to your check in date. There is a 7% sales tax on the total amount due that will be added to your final payment.
If reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
