3 night minimumRental Policies
Vacation Homes of Las Vegas Policies - 3 night minimum Deposits and Fees: A $250.00 deposit is due at time of booking to hold the dates. (A credit card is required for the deposit.) The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation Policies: If you cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will not be returned, but you can use it towards rental within one year of your cancellation date. If you cancel within 15 days before your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Check-in is anytime after 4PM--Check-out time is by 11AM. This is to ensure that there is time for the cleaning staff to prepare the home for the next guests. Please note: Early check-in and/or late check-out, may be available upon request.
