Welcome to this gorgeous, luxury vacation destination at PGA West. Entering the enclosed courtyard, you can feel yourself begin to unwind. You make a mental note to return to the courtyard in the evening to sit before the outdoor fireplace, listen to the sound of the water falling from the unique basalt fountain and enjoy the exotic scents of plumeria and gardenia from the tropical garden. You continue into to house and see through the windows the private pool and spa and just beyond that the spectacular view of the 14th green of the Nicklaus tournament course. Looking past the green you can see directly down the full length of the hole to the tee-box and beyond. The back-drop to the whole view is the nearby Santa Rosa Mountains. The sunsets will be fantastic!

Your attention then returns to the inside and you see the richly furnished, brand new, 3700 sq ft home. The main living area has a seating area with a comfortable down-filled couch and leather chairs providing an excellent view of the High Definition TV that is stowed in the enclosed entertainment center , and a wet bar. The dining table is strategically placed in this area to take full advantage of the view.

To your left you can see that there is yet another comfortable seating area that also adjoins the kitchen. In this area there is a beautiful leather couch that looks like you could kick-back and enjoy the TV and surround-sound system that is in that room. Also, using the one touch remote, you can play music throughout the house, courtyard and by the pool.

Now that you are in the mood, with the music and the sunset glowing over the pool, fairway and Santa Rosa Mountains, it is time to eat! Serve yourself and your party from the huge gourmet kitchen. It is fully appointed with a large island containing a 5 burner gas stove. There is also a huge refrigerator with ice and water in the door, walk-in pantry and a breakfast eating area. The cupboards contain everything you need to feel right at home, whether that means coffee in the morning or everything you need to cook dinner for 12. A bit farther on your journey you come to the indoor laundry room and another entry door to the courtyard.

The view and the music are great, but your favorite team is playing, you want to watch a movie or maybe you want to watch the pros on the golf channel… so you head to the media room. Wow! There is a 73" Mitsubishi Diamond Series High Definition TV with 1080p/ DLP, the very latest technology! The separate surround-sound system has been especially designed to take full advantage of the room and technology. You can see yourself kicking back in the reclining theater seating and watching a movie or sports.

The outdoor area is ready for fun, too. Walk out the slider to the covered patio with a table for 6, relax in the lounge chairs or take a dip or a soak in the private pool and spa. When it's time for dinner, fire up the large built-in stainless steel gas barbeque and grill up a feast.

After a fabulous day, retire into the master bedroom with its wall of windows looking out onto the same spectacular view you saw earlier. The bed in this room (as well in the other three bedrooms) has been designed for your comfort, with especially chosen pillow-top mattresses and high-thread count Egyptian cotton bed linens for extra restful sleep. Of the four bedrooms in the home, three of them (the master and two others) have attached full baths. Each bedroom also contains its own television.
