Rental Policies
No smoking in the house please. No pets. Electricity and Central Heating included, phone will be charged at cost. All rates and equipment are based on an occupancy of 8. The house will be provided with a full set of linen/towels etc., per person, per week. Maid service/ cleaning is not included during the rental period. It can be arranged at an additional cost.
Deposit of 400USD per week or 30% of the rental cost, whichever is greater, secures a booking. Full payment required 3 weeks before start of rental. Security deposit of 400USD required against damage, utilities usage etc.. Balance will be fully refunded on satisfactory completion of rental, less any utility costs.
Cancellations up to 8 weeks in advance of rental start will be fully refunded, thereafter full loss of deposit.
