Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel specializes in providing Extended stay hotel or serviced apartments accommodation to families, corporate and leisure clients for periods of 7 nights to 12 months. The accommodation available for extended stays includes one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom two bathroom or three bedroom apartments and Penthouses. Special extended stay lease rates are also available, subject to advanced reservation. If bookings are cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival then a full refund is available. If bookings are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or guests no show then a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation does apply.
