Description of the Property
Disney Villa at Eagle Pointe is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home just 6 miles away from Disney's main gate. This home-away-from-home has 2 master bedrooms, each with king size bed and a private bath. The two regular bedrooms have either two twin beds or a double bed with a shared bath room. This cozy retreat has been recently up-graded with big tiles intalled in entire house except the 4 bedrooms. All furnitures, bed and bath room linens and towels, kitchen utensils and dining wares are new. Enjoy your stay here with an in-ground heated pool and close proximity to Disney attractions and other major theme parks at a quiet neighborhood. The pool and lanai area is fully screened, accessible from 2 different sliding glass doors. There is a TV in each bedroom and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware, utensils, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer, and an iron with ironing board in the laundry room. The living room has a 27 inch TV, with cable, Dvd/vcr combo player. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens, bath towels and dishwares are cleaned by maid service after each stay. The entire floor is finished with wall to wall carpet in the four bedrooms and cultured ceramic tile in all other area throughout the house. Eagle Pointe is located off Hwy 192 West at S. Poinciana drive - approximately 6 miles from the Disney main gate. Perfectly situated and close to all attractions, restaurants, theme parks, and shopping centers as well as a nearby 24 hours Wal-Mart superstore (2 miles drive from Oren Brown), you'll be never far from a great night out, or a midnight snack.

Rental Policies
Minimum three night reservation is required. For reservations of four days or less, a $85 cleaning fee will be charged. A note on Pool Heat: The optional charge for Pool heat is at $30 per day. It usually take about a day for the pool to heat the pool. During extremely cold weather( outside temp below 50F) it may become impossible to heat the pool up to 80F. This does not constitute a pool heater failure and is not justification for a refund. This can occur in January and early February when the weather is cold. Transactions can be conducted in either USD or Pounds Sterling, whichever is the most convenient for you. Personal Checks (issued from US banks only), Visa and MasterCard accepted. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. A credit card number with expiration date or a $200 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. 1 month prior to arrival, the entire rental payment is due. Please send the payment information to or call (301) 208-9493. The rates quoted in this web page are base rates. Guests should include 13% state tax.
Your credit card number or a $200 security deposit is required for holding your reservation and for covering potential damage or loss. The $200 security deposit will be credited back 7 days after completing your stay, subject to no smoking, no pets, no breakage or no damage in or to the premise. If the reservation is cancelled prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged for $200 or the security deposit will be forfeited to compensate for potential loss of rental income, and the house will be put back on rental market. If cancellation is made after the entire rental charge is paid in full but prior to 2 weeks before arrival, only 50% of that payment will be returned.
All cancellation should be made 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 50% Refund on cancellations made between 15 to 30 days of arrival date. No refund on cancellations made less than 15 days. This refund policy applies towards late cancellation caused by any unforseen event natual or man-made, fire, earth-quake, flood, hurricane, tsunami, or terrorist attack.
