DEPOSIT POLICY * A deposit of 50% (rent + cleaning Fee) is required when the unit is booked more than 90 days before the arrival date. Note- Balance is due 90 days before arrival date. * A deposit of 100% (rent + cleaning Fee) is required if the unit is booked in less than 90 day's before arrival date. * A security deposit of $250 (non-cashed check) is also required 90 day before arrival. Note- After unit is inspected and passes inspection, security deposit check will be returned within 21 days of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY * ALL cancellation requests must be in writing. * Both the cleaning deposit ($100) and security deposit ($250) will be returned. * For a complete refund (less a $100 cancellation fee), the reservation must be cancelled at least 90 days or more prior to arrival. * There is no refund for cancellations within 90 days of move-in, unless the unit is re-rented for the full period tenant(s) reserved the vacation rental. ($100 cancellation fee will apply if unit is re-rented)
