Sea View Cottage is a charming and private Santa Barbara Riviera home with panoramic wrap around ocean, island and city views, sea breezes and intimate garden patio.

This home has three bedrooms with two baths and includes California King, Queen and twin beds, all with quality linens.

Sea View Cottage is furnished in an eclectic mix of Knoll and antique furniture, oil and watercolor paintings and a variety of collections.

The floors are hardwood with tile in bathrooms and sea grass carpets in bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked with gas cooking appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven and washer and dryer.

In addition to the large patio, there is a private outdoor courtyard containing a hot tub, TV and outdoor shower.

The office area in third bedroom has large desk and you can bring your laptop because we have high speed wireless, 50" High Definition television, BOSE surround sound speaker system and VHS and DVD players.

Both the dining room and kitchen nook open to a garden pergola with teak furniture, fire pit, barbecue and fountain.

We have a central location. It's only five minutes to downtown and seven minutes to beaches and mountain trails.

On-Site Amenities

We offer fabulous views to both the city and out to the ocean and the Channel Islands, a secluded patio with fountain and a private workout area with exercise bike, TV and outdoor shower. Our home is wonderfully appointed and decorated to perfection. When you are ready to come inside, a 50 High Definition television with Bose surround sound speakers will be waiting for you. A wireless computer connection will keep you in touch.

Rental Rate Notes

$175 cleaning fee. A $750 security deposit holds your dates. I'll take the cleaning fee out of the deposit and return the balance within five days of your departure. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you choose to stay with us, I'll email you a contract and disclaimer, you sign and return with a check via snail mail and I'll then send you directions, lock box code and some other helpful information. We are located at 1033 Newton if you want to use Map Quest.

Rental Policies

We rent by the week during the summer months. We require a $750 refundable security deposit. A cleaning fee of $175 will be deducted from the security deposit. The balance will be sent within five days of your stay. We will refund your deposit if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the reservation date.
