Hidden Spring Villa

This luxurious executive-style 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house is located near Clermont, Orlando, within 10 minutes of Disney World and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated in a wonderful vacation resort - known as Glenbrook - which enjoys a peaceful location just to the west of Disney World, near to orange groves and the pine forests of Lake Louisa State Park.

The house is fully air-conditioned. It has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. All bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided.

Downstairs: * Formal lounge: two sofas (one is a queen sized sofa bed which sleeps 2 people), occasional tables, music centre. * Formal dining area * Luxury kitchen - self cleaning electric cooker with full oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, raised bar area, closet pantry, built-in microwave oven, water purifier to kitchen sink, together with all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and electrical items such as a toaster, blender, kettle, hand mixer, etc. Telephone (all calls are free). * Breakfast table with breakfast bar seating. * Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board. *Gamesroom with full-sized table tennis table and twist football (foosball) table. * Family room - 2 sofas and reclining armchair, occasional tables, awesome 53" widescreen high density TV with cable & home theatre system which incorporates and DVD and CD player (some DVDs supplied), family board games and cards. *Master bedroom - king sized bed, dresser, walk-in wardrobes/closet, ceiling fan, 27" colour TV with cable and DVD player, telephone, radio/alarm clock. *Very large en-suite bathroom to master bedroom - twin wash basins, shower enclosure, separate toilet, hairdryer and a jacuzzi whirlpool roman bath. * Cloakroom easily accessible from the pool area. * Back door which open on to the over-sized decking area and large south-facing pool & spa (pool & spa heating available at additional cost) with adjoining spa. Luxurious patio furniture & patio loveseat. This whole area is screened and lit at night. Safety screen.

Upstairs: * 2nd master bedroom - queen sized bed, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobes, 20" colour TV with cable and DVD player. * Ensuite bathroom to 2nd master bedroom - sink, toilet, shower, bath and hairdryer. * 3rd bedroom - queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, 20" colour TV with cable and DVD player. * 4th & 5th bedrooms - twin bedded rooms with chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobes, 20" colour TV with cable in each room. One twin room has a Playstation 2 with DVD playback facility (some games supplied), and the other has an X Box with DVD playback facility (some games supplied). * Family bathroom - sink, shower, toilet

The Glenbrook vacation resort in Clermont (10 mins Disney World) has a clubhouse with large free-form communal pool with sunloungers, gamesroom with air hockey and pool, air-conditioned gym, movie/media room with PC with free unlimited internet access & wireless, tennis court & volleyball. All facilities are for the exclusive use of Glenbrook houseguests only.

Recreation nearby includes all the major theme parks, walking, hiking, swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, boating, hot-air ballooning, & many others.
