Description of the Property
Luxury spacious 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Villa with two master suites and large private screened heated pool is located in the gated community of Sunset Ridge in Davenport. The ideal location is within 9 miles to Disney main gate west to Disney Parks and 20 miles to Universal studio using highway I-4. Sunset Ridge is on US 27 half mile south of highway I-4 exit 55. This one floor single house on an extra large corner lot sleeps 14.
Two master suites with walk-in closets, 20 inch cable TV. One has king size bed, one has queen size bed. One bathroom in the master suite has door to the pool and is also used as pool bath. Third bedroom has queen size bed and own full bathroom. Fourth bedroom has twotwin size bed. Fifth bedroom has two twin size beds. Sixth bedroom has queen size bed. The third and fifth bedrooms share a full bathroom. The fourth and sixfth bedrooms share a full bathroom All four full bathrooms have bathtub and shower head. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the closet.
Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for sitting during day and sleep during the night. Spacious Great Room has large sofa, loveseat and coffee table. There are one 27inch flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player, VCR and alarm clock/radio.
The fully fitted large kitchen with dining area has a large size refrigerator with icemaker, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, phone and dishwasher. The large formal dining table has six chairs with it.
The screened lanai and super sized private heated east-facing pool (30' X 10') and extended deck with children safety fence is a great place to swim and play or sit and relax. Patio furniture and pool toys are available for your usage.
Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the two-car garage. Baby Equipment is available at no extra charge. Pool and lawn is maintained weekly by property manager who can also be contacted for extra cleaning service or welcome package
Garage has pool table as a game room.
On US 27, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, Wal-Mart, car rental, etc within 10 minutes drive. There are a number of golf courses nearby.
Highway I-4 exit 55 is only half mile from Sunset Ridge community. Highway I-4 offers fast and reliable access to Disney theme parks at highway I-4 exit 62.
