Description of the Property
Welcome to our home. This privately owned Executive villa is situated on the Esprit community just a 10 minutes drive from Disney World. The villa features a Master Bedroom with large en-suite, a second Double and two Twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom. It has a fully equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Room adjoining the large Family Room with a 27" TV, cable and DVD player. There is a second Lounge area and a formal Dining Room. A Utility Room with washer and dryer which leads you to the Double Garage. The villa is fully air conditioned. Outside there is an extra large south facing screened deck area along with a heatable Private Pool. Sun loungers and a patio table and chairs are all provided along with a gas barbecue. All linens and towels are provided.

The Esprit community features a 9-hole Executive golf course, communal swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and a 400 acre fishing lake. Our home is fully licensed / insured as a rental home. At the entrance to the estate you will find a gas station with convenience store and Subway sandwich shop along with a bank, liquor store, nail salon, 19th Hole Bar and Grill. There is also a Publix supermarket, restaurants and other shops just a mile away. The villa has a south facing Private Pool ensuring the pool and deck area have sun all year round.

Activities and Attractions
The villa is situated in a quiet community yet only 10/15 minutes from the major parks like Disney World, Sea World, Universal, Cypress Gardens, Animal Kingdom, Islands of Adventure and MGM to name a few. You can also drive to Tampa, which is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and see Busch Gardens or Advanture Island Water Park. You are close to all the restaurants and you can come home to your own private swimming pool and relax after your busy day at the parks.

Rental Policies
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit per week is required when booking the villa. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your due date. If cancellation is made after the 10 week period the total price is non-refundable unless we manage to fill the cancelled booking. If you need the pool heated in the winter it's $20.00 per day. There is also a $200.00 security deposit required with the final payment which will be returned to you within 14 days after your vacation, providing there is no damage to the property.
The $200.00 security deposit will be refunded in full 14 days after leaving the villa, if there is no damages.
