For your convenience, our unit is steps from the elevator and the stair case. You will have an assigned covered parking space. A full size washer & dryer are in the unit. Just down the hall is a secured storage closet for your clubs and other personal belongings. You will be steps away from one of two clubhouses in the complex.
Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a new 20,000 square foot clubhouse with fine and casual dining, including full bar. The shining star of this in-demand community is the 18 hole championship Lewis/Azinger Signature golf course. For a modest transfer fee, renters are entitled to seriously discounted green fees of $25 per round. The aqua range is also available to keep those golf skills sharp. On site Pro-Shop will supply your golfing needs. From golf pro Jeff Thorne: Coming off the 18th hole, the most frequent comments are how much the golfers enjoyed the layout, the challenge of the water and all of the amenities.
The community also boasts 4 Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, full size pool and spa with outdoor bar and dining and a Sunday brunch known throughout the Naples area.
Our Cedar Hammock condo offers you all new furnishings including TV, Dvd/vhs player. The master bedroom features a king size bed.
Cedar Hammock is conveniently located minutes from Tin City, Olde Naples 5th Avenue shops, the Gulf of Mexico white sand beaches, Marco Island and many world-class restaurants. Twins and Red Sox fans note, Fort Myers is 30 miles north of Naples for those spring training games.
Membership privledges, including discounted golf and dining are available for a transfer fee of $350.

Rental Policies
Golf Transfer fee is $250. Golf during the high season (Jan - April) is only available to members who have paid the transfer fee. Additional Transfer fee of $100 is required by the building association.
Deposit of $500 is required with reservation. Payment in full 30 days before occupancy. Deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after visit.
