Refund Policy: Any cancellation must be made in writing. Travel Insurance may be available and is the responsibility of the Occupant(s) to secure. Should a cancellation occur more than 60 days prior to check-in, Occupant(s) will be entitled to all monies paid less a $150.00 processing fee. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days prior to check-in, and the property is not rebooked, all monies are non-refundable. We will make every attempt to rebook our vacation home for the dates of cancellation. In the event the property is rebooked, all monies paid less a $150 processing fee will be refunded.
