Welcome to our custom beach home nestled close to the beachfront in Carillon Beach. Carillon Beach is located between San Destin and Panama City Beach, about 10 miles east of Seaside, and just minutes from Rosemary Beach. "Sweet Serenade" is a charming 3 story cottage with an open, spacious design that can comfortably sleep eight. (We also provide a Pack-n-Play and high chair for those with small children.) Room arrangements include a queen master down, a queen master up, as well as two cozy bunk rooms each with a built-in bunk. The media room also has a comfortable queen fouton.
Antique center-cut heart pine floors provide a warm and welcoming ambience throughout. Sweet Serenade cottage offers comfortable, casual beach style furniture by Lexington and Pottery Barn with cheerful accents and linens. The home has wireless broadband, and has an impressive room-controllable sound system including multi-disk CD changer.
In addition to the four bedrooms, two living rooms, three full baths and two outdoor showers, Sweet Serenade boasts a custom fully equiped kitchen and a large ground level deck with outdoor gas grill. The third floor observatory has east and west facing decks, and a 360 degree view of the community of Carillon Beach, the bell tower, Lake Carillon, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Take in the magnificent sunsets or just enjoyi the enchanting sounds of the Carillon central to the community. ("Carillon" means bell tower in French.) The Carillon is a $500k structure and centerpiece of the village. It softly chimes on the hour during the day, and is occasionally played by one of several skilled "carilloneurs" on the weekends and holidays!
Our beach home features several decks and porches on all 3 stories totaling over 900 square feet, with a hammock, glider, and rocking chairs enticing you to sit and enjoy the sea breezes. Located less than 100 yards from the sand in the upscale community of Carillon Beach, you won't find a better value for your escape than Sweet Serenade Cottage.

Wireless broadband internet, Cable TV/VCR/DVD (2), custom indoor/outdoor stereo/CD with individual room controls, top end GE, KitchenAid and JennAire appliances including microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Linens, cookware and utensils provided along with gas BBQ. Complimentary fixed beach chairs and umbrella are assigned to guests of Sweet Serenade and are located beachside at the base of the Carillon Avenue dune walkover. Beach bikes, sand toys, boogie boards, and more are also provided. What's ours is yours for the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

You're just 20 minutes from Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the largest designer outlet mall in the country with over 100 stores from Coach to Nike and everything in between. The Outlet prices are unbeatable! Or hit Pier Park, in Panama City, a brand new resort shopping/ dining area. And the golf . . . Camp Creek, Wild Heron, San Destin, El Hombre are just a few of the top rated courses in the area. Deep sea fishing excursions out of Panama City or Destin promise adventure and a yummy dinner. Of course there's swimming, tennis, jogging, basketball, biking, wildlife viewing, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, parasailing, etc. etc. right out your back door. For those looking to just unplug, grab your favorite book and relax in our private "Sweet Serenade" beach chairs and umbrella just over the Carillon Dune Walkover. Feed the seagulls, look for seashells. Take a relaxing walk on the beach - sunrise, or sunset is the best. Take in a movie at the great theaters in Panama City. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants. Bayou Bills is a favorite of ours, and just across the street. Their dungeness crab is to die for! Hit the playground with the kids, or any of the 3 lovely neighborhood pools - all just minutes by foot or bike if you prefer, within our private gated community. Our favorite is The Beach Club, with it's pool right on the beach! So, the best actvity? Perhaps just coasting... relaxing... unwinding... as you listen to the sweet serenade of the most beautiful beach in the world!

A Deposit of 30% of the Rental Fees is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance and a $500 Refundable Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
