Colorful Caribbean gardens surround Villa Sea Star, a new luxury waterfront retreat located on East St. Thomas' Cabrita Point. The villa is down the beach from the Ritz Club and the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa, which are a 5 minute walk away. . Access via an electronic gate to this elegant residence built on two levels ensures complete privacy. Just 24 feet from the villa, a sand and coral beach provides breathtaking views of Great Bay, Great St. James Island, St. John and the Ritz Carlton as you collect sea shells and delight in the magic of the live reef. A charming pathway winds through verdant fauna to Sea Star's exclusively created sand beach for hours of intimate relaxation. Our private beach has a private two person kayak, hammock and beach chairs. You can launch the kayak and paddle over to the Ritz for lunch or for drinks.
Hand-painted wall murals, along with exotic sea grass, banana leaf and Caribbean-style teak furniture create an ambiance of airy tropical serenity in Sea Star's upper level great room. A media center offers the latest in big-screen TV and DVD entertainment. To the left of the great room, the spacious bed/bath master suite runs the depth of the villa; to the right are two more king-size bedrooms with en suite baths. The contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with Viking appliances and granite counter tops, opens to an expansively accommodating dining area.
Twelve-foot screened pocket doors open to the villa's sea side, bordered by sun decks and an infinity pool. Enjoy your morning coffee under one of the shaded pavilions that flank each end of the pool; later, read, relax, or simply daydream as you listen to the hypnotic ocean waves and watch the majestic yachts cruise through Current Cut. A large new stainless steel gas grill provides al fresco cooking and dining convenience.
An interior tiled staircase descends to Sea Star's lower level. There, two luxurious king-size bedrooms each feature baths en suites, sitting rooms and spacious covered verandas. A queen-sized sofa sleeper with separate access to the en suite baths in each suite easily accommodates additional guests.
The villa's lower level office area, completely outfitted with DSL wireless router, allows you to stay on top of business. Then, when it's time for a well-earned respite, dissolve away the stress and tension of the workday world in Sea Star's new 6-person jacuzzi overlooking the sea. With all the amenities of a luxury hotel and the privacy of a secluded villa, Sea Star guarantees the vacation getaway of a lifetime.

Additional amenities include a jacuzzi, four mosquito magnets, maid service once a week or daily upon request for an additional fee and/or a chef available upon request for another additional fee, trash collection twice weekly, automatic generator, Private Beach with kayak ,beach chairs and hammock, IPod docking station, outdoor speakers, pool toys, safe for valuables.

Activities and Attractions
You can rent power boats, jet skiis and sail boats nearby. The boating in the Virgin Islands is the best in the world! There are over75 islands with beautiful white sand beaches, beach bars and restaurants. We love to visit Foxy's, Soggy Dollar and Tabbo on Jost!
Blue Marlin fishing in the summer is world class! Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and tuna fishing is also very good.
The golf course at Mahogany Run is a beautiful 18 hole course with several over the water shots. Bring lots of balls!
We now have casinos on St. Thomas. The nearest one to Sea Star is Sugar Bay and is a 5 minute from Sea Star.
Sea Star is great for weddings since it is one of the only on the water villas on St. Thomas. Susie Baker is our wedding coordinator.and her email is sbaker57@gmail.com. She was the wedding coordinator at the Ritz before joining us. She has done over 500 weddings!

Also, for parties please add a $1,000 surcharge to the rental rates above for this purpose, and increase the fully-refundable damage deposit to $1,500. Sea Star requires that you give us, well in advance, complete details of all wedding or party plans, including all names of wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at this villa for your function. This information must be provided to us as part of your rental Terms & Conditions. Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the villa property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the villa property. Please ask to see complete details and our agreement for these functions.
