Gorgeous new 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo at 506 E. 16th Avenue, located in a premier area of North Wildwood-just two doors from the beach and boardwalk. Ocean views from the front deck! Beautifully furnished and decorated with upscale amenities for wonderful family vacations: multiple TV/VCR/DVD's, stereo/CD player, movie library, ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen, large George Foreman electric grill, beach chairs and umbrella. For the kids: pack-n-play crib, high chair, umbrella stroller, booster seat, games and toys. BBQ grill.
The spacious "Great Room" features a vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, a large and comfortable living area, dining room, and breakfast bar with seating for three. Relax or enjoy a meal on the front deck, or climb the spiral staircase up to a private rooftop sundeck.
Our condo is less than 75 feet from the northend entrance of the boardwalk, where you can walk or catch a tram car for boardwalk activities including rides, waterparks, restaurants and shops. NO street to cross to get to the beach.
Sand filled kids playground is right outside our door, and you can watch them from the front deck.
Garage and driveway parking for 2 cars.

The home has a nice ocean view from the large deck.lots of dolphins to see.and is only a few steps from the boardwalk and a 1/2 minute walk to the beach. The home has everything you could possibly need and was very clean, bright and spacious. The owners were very nice to deal with and we had no problems at all with anything!! I highly recommend this beach home and its perfect location in North Wildwood for a great family vacation. We just got back yesterday and we miss it already!! "

Rental Rate Notes
Partial week rentals available September-June. Inquire for rates Family rentals only.Rental Policies
In-Season weekly rentals will go from Saturday to Saturday. A $300 deposit is required to book your stay. 50% is due one month after booking. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy. Off-season rentals require a two night minimum FAMILY RENTALS AND MATURE ADULTS (OVER 25) ONLY!
$300 security deposit due at rental lease signing
$300 security deposit refunded about two weeks after check-out, pending no damage to the property
