This is truly one of the nicest rentals at the beach!!! It has amenities and features that you normally do not find in vacation rentals. Brand new for 2005, its a beautiful place, nicely decorated and has ceramic tile on floors in living areas. Not your average rental property it was designed as a permenant home. There is an in-ground concrete pool that is heated April through November, with lots of sun and privacy. There is also an 8' hot tub. The kids and parents alike will love the 465 square foot recreation room with Pool Table and Arcade game. Only 300' to the beach, and there are ocean veiws from the living room and porches. With 5 bedrooms & 4 baths 3000 Square feet there is room for the entire family. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 baths on ground level, one is a private master suite with queen size bed & bath, 1 bedroom with king size bed & 1 with 2 twin beds and 1 bath. The upstairs has 2 master suites with king size beds, 2 full baths lots of closets and living room with Queen sleeper sofa. One master bedroom has a private balcony with on ocean view. It is like having three apartments due to the lay out with lots of privacy. Each bedroom and the two living areas have a TV and DVD, with Time Warner Cable and WiFi. There is an outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, large refrigerator, and lots of cabinets. The house has internet and WFi,a full size washer and dryer, plus we furnish all linens and at no extra charge and there is No departure cleaning fee.

North Myrtle Beach is a great place to spend your vacation, and you will love being directly behind Mr. G's Ice Cream and sandwich shop on 17th Ave. South. You are only 300' to the NEW 17th Avenue public access to the beach. It is only 17 blocks to the main street of Ocean Drive, with the Pavilion, restaurants, shopping, super markets, as well as Fat Harold's Beach Club for dancing and beach music and The Spanish Galleon Night Club for live entertainment and dancing. The Cherry Grove Pier is 4 miles north on Ocean Blvd. for fishing and sight seeing.
