Rental Policies
There is a cleaning charge of $85 upon leaving the condo.
There is a $300 deposit for weekly rentals and a $500 deposit for monthly rentals. Full payment is required 30 days before arriving.
The deposit is refundable upon cancellation 60 days prior to the reservation date.
