$1,000-$2,000 refundable damage deposit, $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. No pets and no smoking.
Half deposit due 5 days after reservation. If not received by this time, reservation is not guaranteed and may be rebooked by owner. Full payment due if booked less than 30 days from arrival. Holiday bookings - ask owner.
