The main level features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Laundry Room. Lower level offers 4 bedrooms, 1 Dormitory with 10 beds, and a large activity room.
Rainy day? No problem!! Home features large 32" TV with DVD, VCR and DirecTV Tivo on first floor; 53" TV with DVD, VCR and DirecTV Tivo on basement floor.
3 gallon commercial iced tea maker ensures plenty of beverages during your stay.
While bath linens are included please bring your own towels for swimming or use on the beach.

Rental Rate Notes
Holiday (Memorial Day week, 4th July, Labor day, etc.) $3200.00/week for up to 16 guests $150.00/week per each additional guest up to maximum of 26 2007/2008 Off-Season - Friday after Labor Day to Second Friday in May $400.00/day for up to 16 guests, 3 day minimum $20.00/day per each additional guest up to maximum of 26 guests Peak Season 2008 - Second Friday in May through Friday after Labor Day $2700.00/week for up to 16 guests $150.00/week per each additional guest up to maximum of 26 guests Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice. Renter must be 25 years or older.Rental Policies
A deposit of $500.00 is required at time of reservation and the balance is due at least 10 days prior to your arrival.
A fifty (50) day cancellation is required or the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation greater than fifty (50) days forfeits $200.00. Holiday reservations require a non-refundable deposit. Occupancy is 12 people and each additional guest will be $20 per night or $100 per week.
