Rental Rate Notes
Rented usually weekly Saturday to Saturday. Contact owner for your specific dates and rate. Pool winterized from approximately October 31 - April 1. Check with owner regarding swimming pool heating surcharges ($75 - $250). No need for pool heating June, July and August. Check in 3 PM - check out 10 AM.Rental Policies
There is an airport in St. George 5 minutes from house. It is 1 1/2 hour drive from/to Las Vegas Airport. A local shuttle bus can be purchased between St. George & Las Vegas. Shuttle also available between St. George and Salt Lake City/Provo
Registration instructions can be e-mailed to you. At that time the property can be put on hold for ten days pending a deposit of $625 required for booking, $125 is for the non-refundble cleaning fee and $500 is refundable security deposit. Final payment is due 60 days before check-in. GROUP PARTIES, REUNIONS, RECEPTIONS ARE ONLY ALLOWED BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT AND ADDED USAGE FEE.
$500 security deposit is refundable per Rental Agreement stipulations regarding loss, damage, excess cleaning charges. Final payment is due 60 days before check-in. After this, refund is made only if property can be re-rented for the same time and contractual price.
