Our Luxurious Log Home is available all four seasons, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. There is a 13% tax that will be added to the rates listed. A housekeeping fee of $100.00 will apply to stays of only 2 nights. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your reservation. Full payment must be received 4 weeks in advance of your vacation; full payment upon reservation for advance booking less than 4 weeks in advance. A $500.00 security deposit will also be required and will be refunded to you within 1 week of your departure, if no damage is found. Inventory and Inspection completed prior to arrival and upon departure by Chalet's Property Manager. Once reserved, the manager will forward to you a rental agreement with other important information that you will need to review prior to your stay. PLEASE CHECK WITH RENTAL MANAGER FOR HOLIDAY RATES.
