Buck Brook acres is a world in itself, a 112 acre property in Roscoe, New york with a private 12 acre stocked lake, a large swim dock, a rustic gazebo, a wide lawn, pasture, woods, and lots of hiking room. Wide trails through the woods brimg you to a high pasture with a panoramic view.

The 2 houses are within 100 feet of each other which makes it convenient for groups or families to divide between late sleepers and early birds, or for families with children to separate from single guests, etc. You won't have to rough it at Buck Brook, as the homes are updated and comfortable, with a large gathering room and 8 foot dining table for big family dinners.

Roscoe New York, called "Trout Town" due to the famous Beaverkill flyfishing river that runs through it, has developed into a quaint mountain town with good restaurants, antique stores, and the famous Rosoce diner.

Close by (7 minutes) is Jeffersonville, with great shopping, an ice cream stand and many different restaurants, casual and elegant.

Roscoe is also 25 minutes from Bethel Woods, the new concert venue in Bethel, New York.

Buck Brook is a secluded former dairy farm that has become a peaceful retreat and relaxing lake property. The lake has a wide cleared road around it, perfect for walking or jogging in the morning. Each house has a large porch with comfy furniture for relaxing with a lemonade. The 2 houses are quite close, so you can watch the lawn games going on from a kitchen window or the porch.

There's a large swim dock, and a gazebo with a table and chairs and a swing inside. The best aspect of Buck Brook is the 'wandering room.' If you have a large crowd, there are plenty of comfy spots to gather and talk, as well as places for some quiet privacy, and a TV room that's practically sound proof, so you won't be hearing any TV out in the dining area.

Roscoe NY is 2 hours and 15 minutes from Manhattan.

Bethel Woods concert venue is a 25 minute drive away and has top entertainers and bands to its credit.

Roscoe, NY is home to the famous Beaverkill River, the best fly-fishing trout stream in the country. Horseback riding is a 10 minute drive, Tennanah Lake golf is about 7 minutes away.

The lake on the property is stocked with largemouth bass, and there's a rowboat available for fishing on the property.

In July, the blueberries are ripe for picking.

Rental Policies

There is an agreement which I will email to you; complete and send a 20% refundable deposit. A 20% deposit is required, and a $30. cleaning fee. I will refund a deposit up to 10 days before the date. Different circumstances will be discussed for family emergencies, etc.
