Rental Rate Notes
We are a family run condo operation, not a corporation. Our home is just minutes from our condos. We can tailor our rates to suit your needs. We do have a $75.00 non refundable cleaning & laundry fee. We are at your service. Cable TV, Hi-speed internet, local calls telephone, and all utilities are included in our rates--no hidden charges or suprise costs. Free use of private olympic size gated swimming pool with rental.Out of USA,payment is easiest made by International Swift Code (wire transfer)at your bank. Paypal,personal checks,bank checks,money orders also accepted.Rental Policies
Please, no smoking indoors--there is a cozy outdoor veranda for relaxation and star watching. Pets OK with prior discussion. Most guests use cell phones.However, a land line phone is available for local calls at no charge. Lease includes cable TV, high speed internet service, all utilities, and use of a private, gated, olympic size swimming pool at no additional charge. For more information, go to
A deposit equal to half of the rental fee is required to reserve your requested dates. The remaining half of the rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit, minus $75.00 for cleaning & laundry, will be returned at the time of your departure should the condo be left in good condition. Security deposit is typically $500.00 unless otherwise stated by owners. Outside the USA, payment is easily made using International Swift Link (wire transfer) from your bank. Paypal, personal checks, bank checks, money orders also accepted.
The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 45 days prior to the reservation date. One half of deposit will be returned if less than 45 days but more than 30 days notice of cancellation is given. There wll be no refund with less than 30 days ntice of cancellation.
