Sited on 20 acres, and surrounded by forest, wildlife is abundant and quality hiking/mt. biking is right out the front door. The 5 min. walk from your parking site, across a small creek, to the cabin, represents a walk away from the hassles of daily life to a real vacation.

Enjoy a good book on our large deck and soak up a really Big Sky view. Keep an eye open for wildlife sightings as animals move from the meadows to the woods surrounding you. Inside you'll find all the amenities you need, including a kitchen well stocked with basic condiments, foods, dishes, etc.

Activities and Attractions
25 minutes from Bozeman, and 45 mins. to Livingston, we're far enough from town to feel like you've gotten away from it all, yet close enough to enjoy two of the more interesting downtowns in the Rockies. Mt. biking, hiking, are out the door, with world famous fly-fishing less than an hour away.

Rental Policies
Advance deposit required. Maximum of 6 guests. Please no pets or smoking allowed. Property damage deposit required, which will be fully refunded within one week of departure. We are required to charge a 7% Montana Lodging Tax. This is not included in the quoted price.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. A $500 security/damage deposit is required with the balance prior to check in.
Reservation deposit is refundable (minus a $75 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Security/damage deposit will be fully refunded within 5 days after check out if no loss is incurred.
