Bedroom 1 and 2 (downstairs) each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has 4 twin beds. This room is Perfect for the kids! There is also a futon in the living room. 2 car detached garage, Tv/dvd player/satellite. Stereo/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Woodburning stove. Sliding door out to large deck with a "woodburning" hot tub (the kids get a real kick out of this). Nestled in the woods, set back off of a quiet road. 3 acres to explore!
Only 2.5 hours from NYC.but a world away! Come and enjoy all that the area has to offer, or sit back and just enjoy a quiet weekend in the woods. We are sure you will love this cabin as much as our family loves it!

This cabin is ideal for one or two families with children.
You MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
**Hot Tub note - Due to extreme temperatures in the mountains, and the possibility of the water access or drain freezing, we can not guarantee that the hot tub will be available December - March. We do our best to keep it functioning in the winter but the tub is an "extra" - please don't rent the cabin in the winter if ability to use the hot tub is crucial.we don't want anyone to be disappointed!

Rental Rate Notes
January 1, 2009 - March 30, 2010.................... Non-Holiday Weekend (2 nights) $750..................... Holiday Weekend (3 nights) $1100.............. Non-Holiday Long Weekend (3 nights) $900.................... Weekly rentals - Friday (4:00 pm check in) - Friday (10:00am check out) $1400.................................Rental Policies
50% rental rate required at time of reservation. 50% balance due 30 days prior to check-in. $250 refundable security deposit required with second payment. This will be returned once the cabin is checked and keys are returned. "Terms and Conditions" must be signed and returned with payment.
Half of the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Security deposit will be returned following inspection of the property.
