Your private beach is right there waiting for you and your familiy and friends to entertain you. With either swimming, surfing and great Barbeques while watching the most beautiful sunsets. You can be in the house and still have a good view of your children playing around on the beach. It is located very central to the major attractions parks. ( 1 hr. from Disney, 15 minutes from Legoland, 30 min. from San Diego downtown) The duplex is only 15 minutes walking distance from the famous "Top Gun Pier" and makes a perfect romantic beach walk.
Also you'll find 4 TV's, and 1 DVD to entertain inside the house. For some romantic music there is a full stereo set available right by the fireplace (With ipod docking station). The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove/microwave etc. with a bar and 3 barstools. The dining room seats 6 people easily.
High speed internet is available in the master bedroom.
The full glass front of the duplex gives you the widest view of the ocean and beach and very often you will enjoy the dolphins making their pass right in front of your eyes. You can even see Catalina Island on clear days.

Rental Rate Notes
Last minute specials: Nov 8-15, Nov 15-22, Nov 29-Dec 5 and Dec 12-19 of 2009 Only $1200/week plus tax 10% and cleaning fee $150.Rental Policies
Policies: Check out time 10:00 am, check in time 3:00 pm. A maximum of 7 people(including children) are allowed in the duplex. No smoking and pets permitted in the duplex. Personal checks/Cashiers check and money orders are excepted. A 10% city bed tax(not applicable for monthly rentals) will be added to the rates and a $ 150 cleaning fee/weekly rentals.
Deposits: A $ 500 deposit for weekly rentals at time of signing and 90 days prior to arrival payment in full. Loss of garage door opener will cost $ 150 which will be subtracted from your deposit. Any missing items, broken/damaged items will be subtracted from you deposit or charged to your credit card. We request a signed credit card and authorization for charging in case any damage other than normal wear and tear was done to the condo.
If termination prior to latest Payment Due Date all payments will be returned except for security deposit. If termination after latest Payment Due Date no refunds will be given, unless we are able to re-rent the place except for security deposit.
