Rental Policies

No smoking inside cabin and No pets allowed.

A $200.00 deposit is required by any major credit card. Balance is paid in full 40 days before your arrival day.

Cancellation Policies Full Payment is due 30 days before you arrive Please keep a copy and return the signed copy in self addressed stamped envelope 1.) If you cancel after making your $100.00 deposit or (1/3 deposit if it is a Holiday), which would be 31 days or more before you arrive, there is a taxable $20.00 service fee deducted from your deposit. Plus a $15.00 taxable charge for making the credit card transaction that our credit card carrier charges us. 2.) If you cancel between 30 to 20 days of your arrival, you will be charged a taxable $100. Cancellation Fee and a $15.00 taxable charge for making the credit card transaction that our credit card carrier charges us. You will receive a refund of the remaining money paid out by a Cabins 4 Rent check. 3.) If you cancel within 19 days to 7 days before your arrival date, we will refund ½ of the amount paid out for your reservation. All charges are taxable and remaining balance will be refunded to you by a Cabins-4-Rent check. 4.) If you cancel within 6 days or less of your reservation, we will refund you 1/3 of the total amount paid out with a Cabins-4-Rent check. 5.) Call for cancellation to be recorded and for confirmation number to be given to you. If you do not call and just not show up, than there is no refund. A confirmation number is needed for your cancellation. 6.) No refunds are credited back to your credit card. All refunds are mailed back to you with a Cabins 4 Rent check. For the first time customers, the deposit must be put on a credit card; therefore if you cancel there is $15.00 taxable charge is added on top of the cancellation fees mentioned above. This charge occurs because our credit card carrier charges us for making your transaction. If you are due a refund, we will not credit your credit card due to our carrier charging us to run your card. All refunds are sent to you by a Cabins-4-Rent check. Receiving your refund check could take up to 1 month to be returned from the date of your cancellation. If you cancel before you return this signed sheet to cabins-4-Rent or before you even get a chance to receive it in the mail from Cabins-4-Rent, all cancellation Policies are still enforced immediately after you reserved your reservation. The deposit is not an extra fee. It will become part of your balance and will be deducted from the balance owed. If you made your reservation less then 30 days before your arrival, than no deposit is needed to hold your reservation, because full payment is due. However, the cancellation charges explained above are the same for balances paid in full. All vacations reserved are held and honored for you and your party. When a cancellation occurs, we are in for a much greater financial loss than what we keep from your payments, when we cannot fill the reservation that was held and honored for you. Please take your reservation seriously, because we reserve that for our valuable customers, you!
