Looking for a peaceful, quiet, private vacation home? Welcome to our family home. Enjoy the privacy of your own large enclosed, brand new paver lanai with dual heated pool with southern exposure for all day sunshine. We are surrounded by lush tropical plants in a quiet residential neighborhood which is only minutes from the beach, just 3 blocks.

We have an electric grill, a 2 car garage for your use and a home that is very well kept, in fact it is in fabulous condition (or so we've been told). We have fine architectural details and lines. This 2000 sq. ft home is very open and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, custom ceramic tile, soaring cathedral ceiling throughout , a large screened-in private heated pool with central air, ceiling fans in every room, freshly painted, upgraded appliances, pool toys and all the amenities of home to make your stay comfortable and easy. The master bedroom has a large separate shower, 2-person soaking tub and an extended walk-in closet.

I am an extremely 'anal' individual which, for you, means a very clean and color coordinated home. I take as much care of my vacation home as I do my standard family home. I expect only the best service from my property manager who is located only blocks from this home and is available for any questions you may have and is an excellent island resource.

We have just furnished the home with all new linens, bedding, pillows, comforters and towels. Kitchen is fully furnished with updated appliances and also includes an eat-in kitchen which can accommodate up to 6 people. Our large lanai also has seating to accommodate 6 for dinner. There is also available brand new full size washer and dryer in a separate room in the home off the garage. Home has been entirely repainted.

To keep the kids and adults occupied we have games and toys available.

The master bedroom is furnished with cable TV, DVD player, king size bed and has its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed with cable TV and VCR. Each bedroom has its own large closet. There is also cable TV and DVD player in the family room. The pool area has a southern exposure which means sunshine all day long. Our pool is heated by both electric and solar. Located near the South end of Marco Island you are a very short walk to one of the two public accesses on Marco. Most homes advertise their close proximity to the beach. However, it is of little importance if you are not close to the public access. Mackle Park is 1.5 miles away and offers a brand new playground for your kids. There is also a path around the lake for runners, walkers and skateboarders.

We are just one block from great shopping, wonderful restaurants, movie theatre, convenience store and gift shops. Close to grocery stores ( grill at home if you choose), immediate care center with wonderful pediatric staff and pharmacy all located on the island close to home. Contact information is available at the home. Other activities in the area include parasailing, jet skiing, boating, deep sea fishing, and golfing.

We have been told by many that we couldn't have chosen a better location for our home. I am very confident that you won't find a better value for your money on the island.
