There is an eat-in kitchen and a separate dining room. The French doors in the dining room lead to a very private back and side yard with lovely plantings and a bougainvillea arch. There is a washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience. The door from the kitchen leads to a lovely deck for al fresco dining. The location is exceptional.
The house is located one block away from Nautilus Street with a number of restaurants, day spas, and a surf shop. It is about 1 mile from the neighborhood of Bird Rock with more restaurants and shops and 1 mile from the Village of La Jolla with all that this "big" little city has to offer, including La Jolla Cove, Prospect St. "Restaurant Row," incredible shopping, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. RENTAL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES AND THE CLEANING FEE. San Diego County transient occupancy taxes are 10.5% and the cleaning fee is $130.00. Monthly (30+ nights) stays or longer are not subject to tax. Holiday rates may be different.Rental Policies
Pets are allowed with certain restrictions. No penalties for canceling your reservation 60 days out. Within 60 days, no money shall be refunded, unless we are able to rebook during your rental period. In that case, only a $100 rebooking fee will be charged.
