Rental Policies
Vacation rentals begin at 2:00 PM on day of arrival. Occupancy ends at 10:00 AM on departure. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
All rates are subject to a 11% Florida resort/sales tax. A $200 security deposit and a prepaid $80 cleaning fee are required to secure a reservation. Balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. After departure, all units are inspected for damages and/or items missing. Security will be refunded within 30 days.
Security deposit and prepaid cleaning fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded if a cancellation is receieved 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
