Sunset on Brockway is located on the North Beach, about a block and a half from the Oak Street Public Access. This cottage has a nice screened front porch and deck. In the rear is a patio. First floor has a living and dining, kitchen, bath and one bedroom. On the second floor there is another bath and two bedrooms.

Rental Policies
There is a 50% deposit to reserve your spot, with remaining amount to be due 30 days prior to arrival. In addition, we ask for a $250 security deposit. This will be returned 2 weeks after departure.
Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
