This is a beautiful, new bay front 4+ bedroom townhouse in a gated community in Ocean City, MD on Sunset Island. There is a private pool, fitness center, cafe, interactive fountain and a corner store!!
Our townhouse overlooks the bay so you can watch beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It has 4 decks/balconies, 2 overlook the bay. The townhouse has 4 floors. The first floor has a private den with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV (can be the 5th bedroom or a play area for children). There is a half bath and a laundry room on this floor. The 2nd floor has a very large, open kitchen and family room. The kitchen has granite counter tops and anything you would need in a kitchen! There is a deck off the kitchen and off the living room. There is a half bath on this floor also. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom with a large, full bathroom. There are 2 sinks, a stand up shower and a large whirlpool tub (no jets, though.) There are 2 smaller bedrooms. One has twin bunkbeds and the other one has a full bed with a pull out twin trundle bed under it. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway. The 4th floor is quite private! There is just one bedroom with a queen bed and a separate full bathroom. There is also a private balcony that overlooks the bay!!!

This is a beautiful, new, gated community. There is a 1 mile trail around the community for walking, jogging, biking, etc. There is a corner store and an interactive fountain! A crabbing peir and 3 private beaches on the bay. A fitness center is just outside the community - less than a block away! There is a brand new private outdoor pool in the community that overlooks the bay!!

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN THE LEASE! NO SENIOR WEEKS!!! THERE IS A ONE TIME CHARGE OF $75 UPON CHECK-IN FOR 3 PARKING PASSES AND 6 POOL PASSES. OFF SEASON IS $40. THIS IS AN ASSOSIATION RULE TO HELP KEEP PEOPLE OUT THAT DO NOT BELONG.
50% of fee is due 2 weeks from booking the date and the other 50% and a $500 security deposit is due 2 weeks before check in date.
Depends on weather we can still rent the week or not. Details are listed in the rental aggreement.
