Relax in Bethany Beach at a fully furnished spacious 2 bedroom, 2-bath ground level home overlooking a 7-acre lake stocked with 3 lb. largemouth bass and bluegills. Swim in the ocean on a clean private beach just a 15 minute walk or short shuttle ride away. Go from the ocean right to a pool behind the dunes to rinse the saltwater off, or cool off in the shade beside a pool in the woods in one of Sea Colony's 12 pools. After a day on the beach or playing tennis, enjoy the A.C. in this spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and a TV in every room or stretch out on the private deck. The fully equipped kitchen has a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave -even the washer/dryer is new. All mattresses were replaced on 2005.
Sea Colony Beach and Tennis Community has a fitness center to go along with all its pools. The fitness center has an indoor pool for laps, a hot tub, sauna, and a modern weight room with treadmill and exercise bikes. Check out the outdoor pool with its unique swim through baby pool. While you are taking an exercise class or working out, the Center provides many children's programs, days and nights, which include day care. Babysitting is available at your own place.
Sea Colony is ranked by Tennis Magazine's as one of the nation's 50 best tennis resorts, and 4th best for value. Its state of the art tennis courts include 34 courts, with 12 Har-Tru Clay and 4 indoor courts. The Tennis Center is known for its exceptional instruction under Dr. Dave Marshall and his staff. If golf is your thing, some of the closest courses to Sea Colony are Bear Trap Dunes and the new Freeman's Bayside courses.
Enjoy the family-oriented, small town atmosphere of Sea Colony. Biking and walking within Sea Colony is safe and fun. Bike or drive to the Assawoman Wildlife Area to see the Observation Tower and the eagles and otters. Or watch the kids play in the fountain at Sea Colony's Marketplace while you enjoy a drink or an ice cream.

Activities and Attractions
Bethany Beach is 5 minutes by car and has a small low-keyed boardwalk that is great for young kids. Rehoboth and Ocean City has bigger boardwalks with more rides. Both are 20 minutes by car. Assawoman Wildlife Area has a great auto-tour, with hiking, biking, and crabbing. Their boat ramp offers access to Little Assawoman Bay and even Ocean City, MD and the ocean.

Rental Rate Notes
No security deposit. Payment by money order, check, or cash.Rental Policies
A deposit of 50% is due within 10 days of receiving the Rental Agreement. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. The signed Rental Agreement must be returned with the deposit. The Sea Colony Recreation Association requires a $35 per person (over 4 year of age) of all renters for beach, pool, tennis courts, and shuttle access. The fee includes parking. Lower rates apply to the off peak seasons.
If the reservation must be canceled prior to occupancy, and the Owner can not find another tenant for the entire period of time, all monies deposited shall be forfeited. If the Owner is able to rent for the same canceled period of time for the same base charge, the owner shall refund all amounts in excess of 25% of the base charge, which the Owner shall retain as a cancellation fee.
