If home is not available, the owner may accept a booking and place in another home of same size within Venetian Bay. Owner assures that the homes are similar and well maintained. Exact address of home will be determined prior to check-in.
A deposit equal to one night's lodging is due at signing of rental agreement. Balance is due six weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellations may result in loss of part or all of deposit.
