Rental Policies
Telephones-Phone service is available. Cell or mobile phones would be best. Supplies- This unit is fully furnished with all basic provisions and toiletries. Please replace what you use upon leaving.
50% of entire requested rental amount due upon reservation. Balance plus refundable $250 security deposit due within 45 days of arrival. Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Cleaning fee is $100.00
Cancellation Policy. Full refund if cancellation before 60 days; 0-45 days prior to reservation, no refund unless unit can be re-booked
