Our home is located on a quiet Cul de Sac within the exclusive & private Ironwood Country Club. Guard Gated, it is located in the community of Palm Desert. It's 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and nestled in the foothills of the mountains, away from the continuous winds of the Coachilla Valley. The villa is just minutes away from the world class shopping in Palm Desert on famous El Paseo Drive. Gourmet restaurants and night life is found in abundance on El Paseo Drive and throughout Palm Desert.
Our villa has 1800 s.f., vaulted ceilings, abundant windows, a surrounding patio with lovely views and is totally private for your discrete sun bathing au natural. You'll find yourself surrounded by stunning interiors, with Kreiss furniture that is not usually found in vacation rentals. All your expectations will be surpassed. The large community pool and spa are just steps across the Cul de Sac. You're provided a gourment kitchen fully equipped, a large, fully appointed wet bar and formal dining room. Games, movies, a music library for the sound system and four TV's are also provided for your entertainment.
No luxury has been spared for your pleasure and comfort. Both bedrooms have private baths, 900 Thread Count sheets, silk blankets, luxury towels & linens and spa robes that are equal to a 5 Star Hotel. The Master bedroom has a private patio and the ease of a walk-in shower with seat. China, Crystal , Silver and linens are provided for your entertaining at a 5 Star level.

An Information Book/Guide has been compiled to assist you with any questions you may have about where the best restaurants can be found, entertainment attractions, and where the very best public and semi-private courses are located. 10% Tax Sur-Charge for Persons #3 & #4 of $45 per person per night $600 Refundable Damage Deposit $50 Utility Cap $135 to $235 Cleaning Fee based on length of stay and number of guestsRental Policies
No Pets. No Exceptions. Refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $600 less damage and loss. Refundable Security/Damage Desposit if cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival less $100 Administration Fee Frequent Renter Program. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults only. Home not suitable for children. Owner reserves the right to rent only to those over age 25. 10% Palm Desert Tax applies if stay is less than one month. Minimum Stay is a 2 Day's Lease. Long Distance calls deducted from $600. Payment Due & Cleared a Full 30 days before arrival. Please Respect the Non-Smoking Rule. We welcome your Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to due date are refunded Deposits less $100 Administration Fee. 10% Palm Desert Tax if stay is less than one month. Minimum Stay is a 2 Day Lease. All Deposits and Rent is payable at time of Reservation.
All of the Security/Damage Deposit, less $100 Administrative Fee, will be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 60 days prior to reservation arrival date.
