Rental Policies

What you need to know about renting from us. All rentals are for a minimum of one(1) week. During the winter months, all weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday during February and March, please have your dates available when you do call to book. No Smoking and No Pets allowed. Renter is obligated to pay Florida State Tax of 11% as well as a $75 cleaning fee. If renter stays for a month or longer.. then a fee of $75 a month will be added for cleaning for each month of occupancy. A house-keeping crew will come at the end of each month of rental to clean the Penthouse.

Confirming your reservation: A refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is over and above the cost of your rental. Deposit requirements are: $200 for stays less than one month or 10% of Balance for longer then one month. Personal checks or Certified funds are accepted for your deposit. Making your final payment: final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date by personal check or certified funds only. Personal or Certified Checks are only accepted for your Security Deposit. Our Policy: Your security deposit will be returned to you six weeks after your departure, less any long distance calls charged to unit phone, extra cleaning or laundry charges. All rents and fees are subject to 11% tax and unit cleaning charges. Listed monthly rates are already discounted and are based on a full month. No discounts for February or March. Rates may vary according to location and desirability. All accounts are payable in US funds. Personal checks, travelers checks, cashiers checks are accepted. No pets and no smoking is allowed in the Penthouse. No RV’s, boats or trailers are permitted in condo parking lots. We do not rent to single groups under 25 years of age. Prices subject to change without notice.

If you cancel your reservation after security deposit has been paid, your deposit will be subject to forfeiture unless we can re-rent the entire full term of your booking. Once re-booked, your entire deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be returned to you.
