Casa de Suenos is a 4 bedroom villa majestically perched on the mountain side over looking John's Folly in Coral Bay, St. John. This newly-built home is elegantly furnished with private bedrooms at each corner, upstairs and downstairs. An additional one-bedroom cottage located next to the pool is ideal for an extra guest or couple.
The aerial view from the great room is exhilarating! The tall, arched windows in the great room allow you to see the expanse of ocean and sky surrounding this island paradise. On a clear day it's possible to see Peter Island, Le Duck, Tortola and more, while listening to sounds of the surf down below. Nestled against the mountain, this stately villa is cooled by tropical breezes. The great room has beautiful seating, including a dining table that seats eight and plush living room furniture. Amenities include state-of-the-art satellite service and flat screen TV.
The gourmet kitchen features an island bar where the cook or chef can easily participate in conversation with others. Top-of-the-line new appliances, spacious Corian countertops and beautiful cabinetry will delight your cooking needs.
All four bedrooms in the main house feature fantastic views, air conditioning and tropical designer furnishings. Each bedroom has a private full bath. The sumptuous master suite has its own outdoor access down to the pool. Take in endless views of Johns Folly Bay, the East End of St. John as well as the British Virgin Islands. The twin bedroom off the pool deck is private and comfortable. The twin beds can also be made into a king-size bed. The other bedroom off the pool deck has a queen futon sofa bed. This bedroom, when not in use, is ideal for lounging near the pool area.
The spacious, one-bedroom guest cottage is located right next to the main house. Like the main house, the guest cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, bedroom A/C, half-bath upstairs, private deck and the same breath-taking views. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom and full bath on the lower floor. The guest cottage has beautiful furnishings and fantastic ocean views.

Rental Policies
Damage deposits on the Villa or home is $35.00, in the form of a check which will cover damages or charges up to $500.00. The deposit will cover breakage, damage, missing items, and or other chages incurred before or after your stay, still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for your long distance phone calls) are included in your rental price. Water is at a premium here, so you will have to watch that you only use what you need. Payments: Once you have made your reservation, you have a TWO WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us. After two weeks, your “hold” on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required is ONE HALF the RENT to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance due of rent, plus hotel tax and your damage deposit, are due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied toward the total rent. All rentals in the USVI are subject to a 8% USVI Government Hotel Tax.
Cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of 100% of your total rent, unless we are able to re-book your rental dates. Naturally we will always do our utmost to help fill dates which must be canceled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without loss to the Villa or Home, less a 10% service charge . Refund arrangements largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. For peace of mind we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent. No refunds may be given for early departure, unless there is a problem that can not be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.
