Kids and teens alike will find themselves constantly entertained with an ample selection of appropriate games, toys, videos and books. Parents of younger children and newborns will find comfort in the provided, crib and baby monitor. If keeping your green thumb is of great importance, there is a lovely garden to explore when you are not out on the beach.

There are spectacular 180 degree views of the Olympics, the shipping lanes and the sunsets. All rates are subject to taxes of 10.4%. There is a $200 cleaning fee required. We require a $1000 damage deposit which is fully refundable. WE OFFER LAST MINUTE RENTAL SPECIALS! CALL OR EMAIL US FOR INFORMATION.
We require a one night deposit to hold the property which will be applied to your rental. Upon receipt of the deposit a contract will be mailed to you and must be signed and returned along with a $1000 refundable damage deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Damage deposit is fully refundable if no damage is found. Full deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
