Villa Sol which has its own clubhouse, pool and leisure facilities is located at the intersection of Osceola Parkway and Boggy Creek Road. It is also close to East Lake Tohopekaliga which delivers some of Florida's best water sport facilities including airboat rides, with more than 35 square miles of pristine water to choose from.The house which is air conditioned is fully furnished to a high standard with TVs, DVD, Playstation, domestic appliances.
The Villa is one of the larger vacation homes in VillaSol and offers high standard accommodation. Indeed it is becoming one of the more popular locations for Orlando vacation rentals.

A Wallgreen Store is located at the entrance to VIlla Sol and a Wallmart Store is within a short drive of the villa.

Villa Sol is ideally situated within 20 minutes of many of Orlando's attractions such as the Walt Disney World Theme Parks including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios which attract over 45 million visitors annually. Other attractions include Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Wet’n Wild and a comprehensive range of top class golf courses. A feast of shopping options are also within easy reach including Orlando Premium Outlets, Belz Factory Outlet World, Belz Designer Outlet Centre, Florida Mall, Park Avenue, Pointe Orlando and Downtown Disney.
Orlando also had a wide range of restaurants, theatres, live music venues clubs and bars From Villa Sol you can visit Florida’s East Coast including Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Key West. Gatorland, which is 10 minutes from Villa Sol, is an impressive alligator park, with many additional wildlife attractions. Dating back to 1949, highlights at Gatorland include train rides, a children's zoo, nature walking trails and a gift shop.
Also near our villa is Boggy Creek Airboat Rides which offer visitors a choice of five different tours, ranging from 30 minutes to one hour in duration. Tours take in the sights of the Florida Everglades, giving visitors a chance to see alligators and other indigenous wildlife attractions.
Fun 'N' Wheels Fun Park - 3711 West Vine Street, Kissimmee, Florida (FL), 34741. Fans of go-kart racing and arcades will certainly enjoy Kissimmee's Fun 'N' Wheels Fun Park. This free to enter attraction offers all-day entertainment for the whole family. For go-karting, the park has a variety of tracks of varying difficulty that are aimed at different age groups. The children's fun track, family track, slick track and the fast track are among those present.
Water Mania is a Kissimmee theme park very much in the same vein as Orlando's Wet 'n' Wild, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Visitors have access to over 36 acres / 14 hectares of water-based thrills, which include attractions such as the Abyss, Banana Peel, Rip Tide, the Anaconda and the Double Berzerker. Meanwhile, fans of surfing can test their skills at the Wipe Out! attraction.
Kissimmee's World of Orchids is a must for horticulture lovers, offering the chance to see some of the planet's most magnificent orchids at the facility's conservatory and showroom. Waterfalls, koi ponds, streams and a variety of birds can also be enjoyed around the complex.
Visitors to the Kissimmee's Reptile World Serpentarium are treated to the ultimate in creepy crawly collections at a facility that is home to literally thousands of snakes. Among the snakes housed at the facility are Coral snakes and East African green mambas. Popular attractions include a venom-harvesting demonstration for visitors, at 15:00 daily.

Rental Policies
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the booking. The remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit is also required with your final balance. This will be refunded after your return provided that the home and it’s contents are left clean and undamaged. A charge of $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the key is not returned after your stay. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure are payable in full at the time of booking.
