708 Spinnaker Beachhouse is located on beautiful,serene Seabrook Island, 30 minutes south of Charleston- a marvelous destination in itself. The property owners are dedicated to keeping our beaches, lakes, lagoons,marshes and tidal streams environmentally superior, so there is much that appeals to nature lovers. Our villa is about 1250 sq.ft. and is comfortable for 4 people. There are 2 self contained BR's with full baths- the "master" BR is the only room upstairs, with its own deck overlooking the golf course. The Great Room consists of one large room with a living and dining area fully flanked along the back with floor to ceiling windows which afford a terrific view of the 18th hole of the Crooked Oaks course (one of two) and the practice chipping green, easily accessible from the back of the villa. This entire level has been handsomely coordinated with new furniture and wall colors in beiges, reds and soft greens with a golf theme accent. The separate kitchen is fully stocked, has views of the course, and also looks out onto a deck at the front of the villa. Our property is perfectly located for beach lovers as we are a 2 minute walk from both our 3 mile strip of private, pristine Atlantic beach and the Edisto River, where dolphin feed each morning. At beachfront there are also 3 pools, a poolside bar, a snackbar, and 2 small restaurants, along with numerous deckchairs set up on the boardwalk or in the sand. We have our own equestrian center within Seabrook, and boat rentals are available at the upscale Bohicket Marina, just "outside the gate". Seabrook awaits you!

On-Site Amenities

The Spinnaker Villas on Seabrook Island is perhaps the most popular of all the villas for renters because of its' close location to Seabrook's large private beach, the golf courses and clubhouse. There is no need for a car for either activity, and the views from our villa are exceptional. Biking is a wonderful way to get around the island. The Pelican's Nest restaurant overlooks the ocean at our beach- it's tempting to stay there too long!l.The new, upscale Newton Farms grocery ( Piggly Wiggly owners) is now open in Freshfields Village, just outside our gate,between Kiawah and Seabrook,which offers 70 new shops of all kinds. 708 Spinnaker offers wi-fi for those who need to bring computers. Activities and Attractions

The newly renovated and enhanced Bohicket Marina, located just outside the Seabrook Island gate, now offers slip rental for large yachts, and is in the midst of forming the Bohicket Yacht Club. Several restaurants overlook the marina, and various types of boats can be rented or chartered. Kiawah Island is just minutes away by car where shops and restaurants abound. The new Sanctuary Hotel is working toward its 5-star rating and offers an excellent Sunday morning brunch. Charleston is the shining star of the area, just 30 minutes by car. Be sure to take an educational and fun carriage ride, and sample as many of its numerous, outstanding and famous low-country restaurants. Known to be the friendliest city in the country, it's even worth leaving Seabrook Island for a visit!

Rental Rate Notes

Not included in nightly/weekly fee is a 10% S.C. sales tax required by the state. Three night minimum. Call for monthly rates in Summer, Fall, Spring seasons. PETS ALLOWED; ADD$200.00/WEEK

Rental Policies

Weekly rates run Sat. to Sat. Check-in is 4:00p.m., check-out is 10:00a.m. Last minute rentals are possible. Easter week, each year, requires in-season (summer) rates. Minimum stay of 3 night required except for in-season which is Sat. to Sat. only. Rates do NOT include a 10.5% S.C. tax and a $35.00 registration fee. Deposit if 1/3rd the rental amount is required to hold the villa. Credit cards not accepted. Full refund, excepting the $35.00 cancellation fee, given if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the booking. The 1/3 deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurswithin 30 days of booking.
