Rental Policies
Rates do not include applicable Florida State Tax, $75.00 departure cleaning fee, and $200.00 security deposit. Local calls are free, please use a calling card for long distance calls. Total rent is due two weeks prior to arrival.
A $200.00 deposit is due upon booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation notice is required 90 days prior to reservation for deposit refund.
