Each room has its own bathroom, a king bed, and a set of bunkbeds. Two of the bedrooms open to a large balcony overlooking the lake. Conveniently located 15 min. from New Braunfels Tubing and Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Gruene, 20 min. to shopping at the San Marcos Outlets, and 40 min. to Fiesta Texas and 30 min. to the San Antonio River Walk. Relax by the lake, BBQ, swim, fish in the Guadalupe, or bring a boat and water-ski. The home is designed and outfitted for family fun. Pots, pans, gas grill, linens, towels, etc. Large dining room table seats 12, with additional tables available. Three futons for additional sleeping areas. Open design with tile patio allowing for wonderful views of the Lake. Seguin and New Braunfels Golf courses a short 10 min. drive. First time rental. Bring your family and be ready to have an enjoyable stay at our family's lake house. Need more room additional lakehouse 2 doors down also availalble. Both homes are on the actual lake, as seen in the pictures.

Rental Policies
A 50% deposit reserves the date. Rental Fee does not include $75.00 cleaning fee.
The $400 security deposit is refundable upon inspection of the property generally at the time of departure.
Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the date reserved 75% of your 50% deposit will be returned.
