Capistrano Beach located just 1.4 miles from Dana Point, is a wonderful location to shop, dine, play on the beach or just relax. There are many Italian, Mexican, Chinese and other unique restaurants in the area. You will be able to go for a nice ride on your bicycle to get to a superb restaurant.
The exclusive gated community of Beach Road provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. Here you can come to relax, surf, play tennis, ride bicycles along the coast bike path, walk the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch surfers, pelicans, and dolphins while you feel the romance and energy of the ocean.

The gated Beach Road community on Capistrano Beach in Dana Point, California is a picturesque location that offers a friendly, small town atmosphere. In contrast to the wide and sandy beaches located in the north part of Newport and Huntington Beach, Capistrano Beach offers narrower stretches at the base of its hills and cliffs. Capistrano Beach has perfect sand for volleyball, basketball and many other beach activities. A refreshment stand is open during the summer months, which has fishing gear, food, beverages and beach supplies. There are surf boards, roller blades and bicycles available for rent and seven volleyball courts and a basketball court just 14 homes to the north. Rental Rate Notes

Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include a $250 cleaning charge and Security deposit of $1000. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach Villa for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All charges for telephone and other items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill. Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am, times can be flexible. We rent Friday to Friday.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include $250 Cleaning deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All Funds are Non-refundable. a $1000.00 security deposit is required Your credit card will be kept on file and any damages or lost or missing items will be billed to your credit card.
If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All Funds are Non-refundable.
