Rental Rate Notes
Holiday Rates- $15750 per week.Rental Policies
Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include a $500 cleaning charge and Security deposit of $2000.00. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach Villa for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All charges for telephone and other items will be billed to your credit card after your departure and when we receive the phone bill. Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am, times can be flexible. We rent Saturday to Saturday.
Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. Rates do not include $500 Cleaning deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All Funds are Non-refundable. a $2000 security deposit is required Your credit card will be kept on file and any damages or lost or missing items will be billed to your credit card.
Refunds If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the Beach House for the reserved week(s) and apply the balance toward a future stay, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. All Funds are Non-refundable.
