Rental Rate Notes
$220 per night with a three night minimum. $1,550 week off season. $1,800 summer and Holidays. A deposit of $95 is required to confirm the reservation, this goes towards your rental.. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $300 is refundable within 20 days of departure providing there is no damage. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival will be refunded less $250. The cleaning fee per week or less than a week is $95.Rental Policies
$220 per night with a three night minimum or $1,250 per week. $3,750 per month. $95 cleaning fee and a $250 security deposit, which is refunded if no damage within 20 days of departure.
A deposit of $95 of the rental fee is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $250 is refunded within 20 days of departure providing there is no damage.
Cancelations less than 45 days of arrival will be refunded less $250. Cancelations less than 30 days will be refunded less $250. Cancellations less than 21 days will not be refunded unless the house can be re-rented. Cleaning fee is $95per week.
